Here are some common symptoms that occur when ingesting MSG:

Numbness or paralysis
Mouth lesions, sores
Swelling of hands, feet, face
Diarrhea
Mitral valve prolapse
Nausea

Rise or drop in blood pressure (a fluctuation)
Stomach cramps and gas
Tachycardia (rapid heartbeat)
